Todd received an A.A. from Oxford College of Emory University in 1988 and a B.A. from Emory University in 1990. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1994.
Todd began his legal career at Klenda Austerman LLC as a clerk in 1993, and was hired as an Associate after he graduated in 1994. Todd’s practice covers a broad spectrum of commercial, personal injury, products liability, employment and civil litigation, with an emphasis in both pursuing and defending consumer transaction and fraud claims. Todd’s experience includes representing individuals with small claims to handling litigation for large corporations having national impact.
Todd is one of the only lawyers in the State whose practice focuses on automobile law. Todd represents automobile dealers in all aspects of their business including franchise relations, employment issues, legal compliance, and litigation prevention.
As a father of three, including twins, Todd definitely has a “varied” home life. Besides family, Todd’s passions include golf, cooking and Wichita State University basketball.
