David earned a B.A. (magna cum laude) from the University of Indianapolis in 1977 and a J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law in 1982. He was admitted to practice in Indiana in 1982 and in Kansas in 1986. David served as editor for the Indiana Law Review (1981-82) and was published in the Indiana Law Review, Vol. 14-4 (1982). He is currently a member of the Wichita Bar Association, the Topeka Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
